Our molding machinery is re-built to new and all PLC controlled. This level of precision eliminates over and under-curing the rubber, and it makes for unparalleled consistency of the finished product.
We operate under the ISO 9000 quality standard, and our products are completely traceable. We offer this full traceability on our rubber and on the laser-cut precision steel utilized within our products. We can trace the steel back to the mill that produced it.
We carry appropriate levels of indemnity coverage on all our products –this protects you and us!
We maintain a large, fresh inventory of both finished goods, and raw materials. This enables us to mobilize VERY quickly on HOT orders.
We’ll get out of bed in the middle of the night to help when you need us most –and we won’t charge you extra for the privilege of having you as our customer. This is true 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays.
